BACKGROUND
Hugh Robert Graham joined the CBC TPE team in 2013 as a sales associate. Graham graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2012 with a degree in Business Management. His career has included residential sales, commercial sales, commercial property management, and landlord/tenant representation. Graham partnered with Ben Trautwein in 2013 and has assisted him in commercial sales and commercial leasing and has individually closed over $300 million in sales. Major Projects have included property management and sales for HWH Enterprises, commercial leasing agent/ management for The Bank of The West Building, Sweetgrass Community Development and Chase Bank Wyoming Representation. Graham is currently a Certified Commercial Investment Member(CCIM). CCIM Designees are recognized as the leading experts in commercial investment real estate including expertise in financial, market and investment analysis.

Ben is currently the President, Managing Broker and principal owner of Coldwell Banker– The Property Exchange. Throughout his career Trautwein has consistently been one of the top Commercial Brokers in Wyoming and has individually closed over $400 million in sales and leasing. Ben is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has expertise in all areas of commercial real estate to include land development, numerous built to suit projects, multi-family brokerage and investments and landlord and tenant representation.
Ben has a bachelor of science degree in Operations Research from the United States Air Force Academy and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM.)

Lexi Leckemby joined the Graham Group Commercial team and CBC TPE in the summer of 2021 as a commercial real estate agent. As part of the Graham Group she is able to use her expertise in commercial lending and finance to help our clients and the team. She has spent the last 20 years in banking, and was a local commercial lender for the last 10 years . Leckemby has assisted the Graham Group in commercial sales and commercial leasing, and has individually closed over $10 million in sales.

Bailey Wheeler joined the Graham Group Commercial team and CBC TPE January 2020 as a sales associate and marketing director. As part of the Graham Group she oversees all marketing material for clients and the team. Her career has included residential sales, commercial sales, and landlord/tenant representation. Wheeler has assisted the Graham Group in commercial sales and commercial leasing and has individually closed over $5 million in sales. Major Projects have included commercial leasing for Pella Windows, USCI, and Ameritech as well as assisting Rob Graham in the Sweetgrass Community Development.
MORGAN EUGSTER
BACKGROUND
Morgan Eugster joined the Graham Group Commercial team and CBC TPE in November 2021 as an Office Manager and obtained her real estate license in early 2022. As part of The Graham Group she works closely with members Lexi Leckemby and Ben Trautwein to help manage transactions and provide assistance with the day to day operations. As a licensed office manager, she is able to assist all members throughout their transactions in order to help provide the highest level of service for every client
