Ben Trautwein, CCIM, and Hugh Robert Graham, CCIM, commercial real estate professionals with Coldwell Banker Commercial The Property Exchange and The Graham Group, represented both the buyer, a local financial institution, and seller, a local investment group, in the transaction.
The 60,000 square feet seven-story property is a multi-tenant property in downtown Cheyenne built in 1969. The building offers floor plates of 3,500-6,000 SF, office space throughout the entire building and parking for 150 cars.
