Cheba Hut is a “Toasted” sub-concept restaurant with over 70 locations across 18 states. With headquarters in Fort Collins CO, company leadership identified Cheyenne as the ideal city to open Wyoming’s first Cheba Hut. Next came finding a suitable location in a new state.
Cheba Hut needed a real estate professional who understood the company’s vision and goals. They required someone with extensive knowledge of the local market to help them identify possible locations, negotiate with landlords, and secure a lease agreement.
Rob Graham with the Graham Group/CBC-TPE was interviewed by the Cheba Hut team and selected for this assignment.
